Ingredients
- Carrots – 2 cups
- Peas – 2 cups
- Sweet Potatoes – 2 cups
- Apples – 2 cups
- Pears – 2 cups
- Avocado – 1 cup
- Spinach – 2 cups
- Bananas – 2 cups
- Blueberries – 1 cup
- Quinoa – 1 cup
Instructions
- Wash and peel all fruits and vegetables as necessary.
- Steam or cook the vegetables until tender.
- Blend each ingredient separately until smooth.
- For thicker purees, add less water; for thinner, add more.
- Cool the purees and store them in airtight containers.
- Serve fresh or freeze for later use.
