- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 4 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Add the chopped spinach, crumbled bacon, Swiss cheese, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe dish.
- Place the dish in the air fryer and cook for 10 minutes or until the frittata is set and lightly golden on top.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
