Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the chopped dates, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Pour the mixture into ice cube trays.
- Freeze for at least 10 minutes or until solid.
- Once frozen, remove the date cubes from the trays and serve in a glass of milk or as a snack.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey based on your preference.
- These date cubes can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.
