Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the chopped dates, milk, honey, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. Pour the mixture into ice cube trays.
  4. Freeze for at least 10 minutes or until solid.
