Description

A quick and easy recipe for making delicious gummy bears using fresh mango puree, perfect for a healthy snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh mango puree
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the mango puree, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice over low heat.
  2. Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
  3. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  4. Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds.
  5. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes or until set.
  6. Once set, remove the gummy bears from the molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a vegan option, use agar-agar instead of gelatin.
  • Store gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
