A quick and easy recipe for making delicious gummy bears using fresh mango puree, perfect for a healthy snack.

- 1 cup fresh mango puree
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons gelatin powder
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine the mango puree, honey or maple syrup, and lemon juice over low heat.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
- Pour the mixture into gummy bear molds.
- Refrigerate for about 10 minutes or until set.
- Once set, remove the gummy bears from the molds and enjoy!
Notes
- For a vegan option, use agar-agar instead of gelatin.
- Store gummy bears in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Feel free to experiment with other fruit purees!
