Description

A quick and healthy stir-fry featuring Napa cabbage, black rice, and tofu, perfect for a nutritious meal in just 10 minutes.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Napa cabbage, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked black rice
  • 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped Napa cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  5. Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
  6. Add cooked black rice and stir until heated through.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
