Ingredients

- 2 cups Napa cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup cooked black rice
- 1 cup firm tofu, cubed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add cubed tofu and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Stir in chopped Napa cabbage and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
- Pour in soy sauce and mix well.
- Add cooked black rice and stir until heated through.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute other vegetables like bell peppers or carrots.
