Description
Quick and delicious fish tacos made in an air fryer, topped with a zesty slaw and lime.
Ingredients

- 1 lb white fish fillets
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the fish fillets with the spice mixture.
- Place the fish in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until flaky.
- While the fish is cooking, prepare the slaw by mixing cabbage, cilantro, mayonnaise, and lime juice in a bowl.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Assemble the tacos by placing fish on tortillas and topping with zesty slaw.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños to the slaw.
- Use any white fish like tilapia or cod.
- Can substitute corn tortillas with flour tortillas if preferred.
