- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 4 flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup salsa
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle half of the cheese on one half of the tortilla.
- Add shredded chicken and salsa on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the chicken and fold the tortilla in half.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from skillet and repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Cut into wedges and serve with optional toppings.

- Feel free to customize with your favorite vegetables or spices.
- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce.
