- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the shrimp.
- Toss everything together, adding lemon juice and chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately, garnished with additional parsley if desired.
