Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the chopped spinach and cook until wilted.
- In a bowl, combine cottage cheese and grated Parmesan cheese.
- Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with spinach and garlic.
- Stir in the cottage cheese mixture and mix until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil if desired.
