- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- Fresh basil for garnish
- 1 ball burrata cheese
Instructions
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook the gnocchi according to package instructions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook until they start to soften.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Drain the gnocchi and add it to the skillet, tossing to coat in the creamy sauce.
- Serve topped with burrata cheese and fresh basil.
Notes
- For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
