Instructions
- In a blender, combine the kefir and mixed berries until smooth.
- In a small saucepan, heat the mixture over low heat.
- Sprinkle the gelatin powder over the mixture and stir until fully dissolved.
- If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for about 1 hour until set.
- Once set, pop the gummies out of the molds and enjoy!
