Description

A recipe for making adaptogenic gummies using Reishi and Lion’s Mane mushrooms to enhance brain health.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fruit juice (your choice)
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons gelatin or agar-agar for a vegan option
  • 1 teaspoon Reishi mushroom powder
  • 1 teaspoon Lion’s Mane mushroom powder
  • Optional: 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice for flavor

Instructions

  1. In a small saucepan, heat the fruit juice over low heat.
  2. Add honey or maple syrup and stir until dissolved.
  3. Sprinkle the gelatin or agar-agar over the juice and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Add the Reishi and Lion’s Mane mushroom powders and mix well.
  5. Remove from heat and pour the mixture into gummy molds.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
  7. Once set, remove the gummies from the molds and store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness to your preference by adding more or less honey/maple syrup.
  • Experiment with different fruit juices for varied flavors.
  • These gummies can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
