Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, sliced
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, bell pepper, black olives, and feta cheese.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Italian dressing, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
