A quick and easy recipe for making delicious bread pudding using stale bread in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 4 cups stale bread, cubed
- 2 cups milk
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
- Add the cubed stale bread to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- If using, fold in the raisins.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish that fits in your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the pudding is set.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add nuts or chocolate chips for extra flavor.
- Serve warm with a drizzle of caramel or a scoop of ice cream.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
