- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the coated florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower wings with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Return the sauced wings to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
