Delicious and easy-to-make churro bites coated in cinnamon sugar, made in an air fryer for a healthier twist.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine water, butter, and salt. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in flour until the mixture forms a ball. Remove from heat.
- Let it cool slightly, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Transfer the dough to a piping bag fitted with a star tip.
- Pipe small bites onto parchment paper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place churro bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon. Roll the churro bites in the mixture while still warm.
Notes
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Adjust the cooking time based on the size of the churro bites.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
