Air Fryer Quesadillas are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or meal, featuring perfectly crispy edges and gooey centers.
Ingredients

- 4 flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- Cooking spray or olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
- Add the cooked chicken, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling and top with another tortilla.
- Lightly spray the top of the quesadilla with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
- Carefully place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the filling with your favorite ingredients.
- For a vegetarian option, omit the chicken and add more vegetables.
- Serve with salsa, guacamole, or sour cream for dipping.
