Description

Air Fryer Quesadillas are a delicious and easy-to-make snack or meal, featuring perfectly crispy edges and gooey centers.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Mexican blend)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/2 cup onions, sliced
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lay one tortilla flat and sprinkle half of the cheese evenly over it.
  3. Add the cooked chicken, bell peppers, and onions on top of the cheese.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filling and top with another tortilla.
  5. Lightly spray the top of the quesadilla with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Carefully place the quesadilla in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve.
