- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, toss the steak bites with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- While the steak is cooking, melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add sliced mushrooms and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- Once the steak bites are done, toss them in the garlic butter and serve with sautéed mushrooms.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
