Description

A delicious and healthy Air Fryer Tofu Stir Fry that is crispy, tangy, and completely vegan.


Ingredients

  • 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
  3. Place the marinated tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  4. In a large bowl, combine the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and sriracha.
  5. Add the cooked tofu to the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy your crispy, tangy stir fry!
