A delicious and healthy Air Fryer Tofu Stir Fry that is crispy, tangy, and completely vegan.
Ingredients

- 14 oz firm tofu, drained and pressed
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the tofu into cubes and marinate with soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Place the marinated tofu in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a large bowl, combine the bell pepper, broccoli, carrot, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, maple syrup, and sriracha.
- Add the cooked tofu to the vegetable mixture and toss to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy your crispy, tangy stir fry!
Notes
- For extra crispiness, ensure the tofu is well-pressed to remove excess moisture.
- Feel free to add any other vegetables you like.
