Description

Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  4. Stir in the vanilla extract.
  5. In another bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  6. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
  7. Fold in the diced apples.
  8. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
  9. In a separate bowl, mix together the brown sugar, flour, and cinnamon for the crumb topping.
  10. Sprinkle the crumb mixture over the batter.
  11. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  12. Let cool before drizzling with cinnamon apple drizzle.
