Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice.
- Roll out the pie crusts and cut them into small circles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture in the center of each circle.
- Fold the dough over to create a pocket and seal the edges.
- Brush the tops with egg wash and sprinkle with butter.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
