- 6 cups fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon butter, cut into small pieces
- 1 package of pie crusts (2 crusts)
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced peaches, sugar, flour, cinnamon, and lemon juice. Mix well.
