Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by boiling it in salted water until the leaves are tender.

- Form the mixture into small rolls and wrap them in cabbage leaves.
- In a large pot, combine beef broth and tomato sauce, then bring to a simmer.
- Add the cabbage rolls to the pot and cook for about 30 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
