Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by boiling it in salted water until the leaves are tender.
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, cooked rice, chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the mixture into small rolls and wrap them in cabbage leaves.
  4. In a large pot, combine beef broth and tomato sauce, then bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the cabbage rolls to the pot and cook for about 30 minutes until heated through.
