Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
- Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
- Remove from heat and stir in the Baileys Irish Cream and vanilla extract.
- Pour the pudding into serving dishes and let it cool to room temperature.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
- Before serving, whip the heavy cream and top each pudding with a dollop of whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
