Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup Baileys Irish Cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream (for topping)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a medium saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt over medium heat.
  2. Continue to whisk until the mixture thickens and starts to bubble.
