Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, diced apple, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
- If using, fold in raisins or nuts.
- Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into each cup.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
