Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, frozen vegetables, and milk. Mix well.
- Pour the chicken mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dumpling batter over the chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the dumplings are golden brown and cooked through.
