- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 8 oz Brie cheese
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- Fresh rosemary (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
- Place a small piece of Brie cheese in the center of each square.
- Add a spoonful of cranberry sauce on top of the Brie.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh rosemary before serving.
