Description

A delicious and creamy baked spaghetti casserole that combines the richness of cream cheese with the comforting flavors of pasta, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, tomato sauce, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked spaghetti to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread evenly.
