Baked Zucchini and Cheese is a delightful dish that combines the freshness of zucchini with the richness of cheese, making it a perfect side or main dish.

Ingredients

  • 4 medium zucchinis, sliced
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchinis, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the zucchini mixture evenly in a baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese over the top.
  5. Evenly distribute breadcrumbs on top of the cheese.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the zucchini is tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
