Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
- Add almond flour, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and applesauce to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
- Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
- Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, you can sprinkle some chocolate chips or nuts into the mixture.
- Store any leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
