Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, honey or maple syrup, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and applesauce to the mashed bananas. Mix until well combined.
  4. Using a small cookie scoop or your hands, form the mixture into small balls.
  5. Place the donut holes in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not touching.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
