Bang Bang Ground Turkey Rice Bowls are a delicious and easy-to-make meal that combines ground turkey with a spicy and creamy sauce, served over rice and topped with fresh vegetables.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce.
  4. Once the turkey is cooked, pour the sauce over the turkey and stir to combine.
  5. Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice.
  6. Top with shredded carrots and chopped green onions.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef.
