- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
- Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and soy sauce.
- Once the turkey is cooked, pour the sauce over the turkey and stir to combine.
- Serve the turkey mixture over cooked rice.
- Top with shredded carrots and chopped green onions.
Notes
- Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Can substitute ground turkey with ground chicken or beef.
- For a healthier option, use brown rice or cauliflower rice.
