Ingredients

- 2 large parathas
- 250g ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 green chili, finely chopped
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp oil
- For the spicy sauce: 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef with chopped onion, green chili, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Form the mixture into burger patties.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned and cooked through.
- In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice to make the spicy sauce.
- Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty on a paratha, drizzling with spicy sauce, and topping with another paratha.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- Feel free to add lettuce or tomato for extra crunch.
- Adjust the spice level of the sauce according to your preference.
- Parathas can be made fresh or store-bought for convenience.
