Description

A delicious fusion of traditional paratha and a juicy beef burger, topped with a spicy sauce for an explosion of flavors.


Ingredients

  • 2 large parathas
  • 250g ground beef
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic paste
  • 1 tsp ginger paste
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • For the spicy sauce: 2 tbsp mayonnaise, 1 tbsp chili sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix ground beef with chopped onion, green chili, garlic paste, ginger paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, and black pepper.
  2. Form the mixture into burger patties.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and cook the patties until browned and cooked through.
  4. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, chili sauce, and lemon juice to make the spicy sauce.
  5. Assemble the burger by placing a beef patty on a paratha, drizzling with spicy sauce, and topping with another paratha.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • Feel free to add lettuce or tomato for extra crunch.
