- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a blender, combine Greek yogurt, mixed berries, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
