  • 12 tablespoons milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, melted butter, and egg.
  4. Combine the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients until just mixed.
