- 24 Golden Oreo cookies
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, pureed
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- Crush the Golden Oreos and mix with melted butter to form the crust.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9 inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in the pureed strawberries and powdered sugar until well combined.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the baking pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
Notes
- For a firmer cheesecake, refrigerate overnight.
