Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs

  • 8 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 2 celery stalks, sliced
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix matzo meal, eggs, vegetable oil, water, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate the mixture for 30 minutes to firm up.
