  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1/4 cup diced onions
  • 8 mini burger buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into small patties.
  3. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
