1 lb ground beef
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp mustard
1/4 cup diced pickles
1/4 cup diced onions
8 mini burger buns
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into small patties.
Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles to create the sauce.
