- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup diced onions
- 8 mini burger buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or stovetop pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and pepper, then form into small patties.
- Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- During the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty to melt.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and diced pickles to create the sauce.
- Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom bun, adding the cheeseburger patty, some diced onions, and topping with the other half of the bun.
