- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup whipped cream
- Chocolate shavings or banana slices for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
- Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie dishes to form the crust.
- In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
- Layer sliced bananas on top of the crusts.
- Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Garnish with chocolate shavings or additional banana slices before serving.
Notes
- Make sure to use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- You can substitute the graham cracker crust with a cookie crust if desired.
