Ingredients

  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • Chocolate shavings or banana slices for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined.
  2. Press the mixture into the bottom of mini pie dishes to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the instant pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Fold in the whipped cream gently until well combined.
  5. Layer sliced bananas on top of the crusts.
  6. Pour the pudding mixture over the bananas.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
  8. Garnish with chocolate shavings or additional banana slices before serving.
