Ingredients

- 1 pound of sausage
- 1 cup of chopped onion
- 1 cup of chopped celery
- 1 teaspoon of dried sage
- 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
- 4 cups of cubed bread
- 2 cups of chicken broth
- 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
- Add the onion and celery to the skillet and cook until softened.
- Stir in the sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, sausage mixture, chicken broth, and parsley.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the top is golden brown.
