- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 12 slider buns
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
- Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture over the buns.
- Add chopped pickles and shredded cheese on top of the beef.
- Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
- Brush the tops of the buns with a little melted butter.
