Description

Big Mac Sliders are a delicious and fun twist on the classic Big Mac, perfect for game day or any gathering.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 12 slider buns
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the ground beef with diced onions until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard to create the special sauce.
  4. Layer the bottom half of the slider buns in a baking dish.
  5. Spread the cooked beef mixture over the buns.
  6. Add chopped pickles and shredded cheese on top of the beef.
  7. Cover with the top half of the slider buns.
  8. Brush the tops of the buns with a little melted butter.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are golden.
  10. Serve warm with extra special sauce on the side.

  • Feel free to add lettuce and tomato for extra freshness.
