- 2 oz brie cheese
- 2 tbsp blackberry jam
- 1 tbsp balsamic reduction
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- On the unbuttered side of one slice, layer the brie cheese, blackberry jam, and drizzle with balsamic reduction.
- Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat, slice, and serve warm.
