Instructions
- In a blender, combine the ripe bananas, rolled oats, milk, eggs, baking powder, vanilla extract, and salt.
- Blend until smooth and well combined.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it.
- Pour 1/4 cup of the batter onto the skillet for each pancake.
- Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on the other side.
- Repeat with the remaining batter.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
