- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooled pasta, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, chopped romaine lettuce, and sliced green onions.
- Add the ranch dressing and mix until everything is well coated.
- Fold in the shredded cheddar cheese.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
