- 4 cups boiling water
- 1–2 tablespoons honey (optional)

Instructions
- Boil 4 cups of water in a kettle.
- Add the dried blue butterfly flowers to a teapot or heatproof container.
- Pour the boiling water over the flowers and let steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the tea into cups or a pitcher.
- If desired, stir in honey for sweetness.
- Serve hot or chilled, garnished with fresh lemon slices.
Notes
- This tea can change color from blue to purple when lemon juice is added.
