- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 cups crushed graham crackers
- 1 cup blue chocolate melts
- 1/2 cup white chocolate melts
- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Add crushed graham crackers and mix until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the blue chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle into the melted blue chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the truffles for decoration.
- Sprinkle with festive decorations and let set before serving.
