  • 2 cups cottage cheese
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries
  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, eggs, honey, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Add the rolled oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt to the mixture and stir until incorporated.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries.
