- 2 ounces of brie cheese
- 1/4 cup of fresh blackberries
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Layer the brie cheese and blackberries on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.

- For added flavor, consider adding a drizzle of honey or a sprinkle of thyme.
