Description

A delicious and quick grilled cheese sandwich featuring creamy brie and sweet blackberries, perfect for a satisfying meal in just 20 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 2 ounces of brie cheese
  • 1/4 cup of fresh blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Layer the brie cheese and blackberries on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook until the bottom slice is golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip the sandwich and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted, about another 3-4 minutes.
