Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Lay out the phyllo pastry sheets and brush each layer with melted butter.
- Cut the phyllo sheets into squares and place them in a muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each phyllo cup with the buffalo chicken mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the phyllo is golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more buffalo sauce to the chicken mixture.
