Description
A delicious and hearty sandwich featuring turkey, crispy bacon, and melted cheddar cheese on toasted sourdough bread.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of sourdough bread
- 4 ounces of sliced turkey
- 2 slices of cheddar cheese
- 2 slices of cooked bacon
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of butter
Instructions
- Spread mayonnaise on one side of each slice of sourdough bread.
- Layer the turkey, bacon, and cheddar cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice.
- Top with the other slice of bread, mayonnaise side facing in.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
- Once the butter is melted, place the sandwich in the skillet.
- Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from skillet, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some sliced tomatoes or avocado.
- Use a different type of cheese if desired.
- Make sure the skillet is not too hot to avoid burning the bread.
