- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package refrigerated pretzel dough
- 1 egg (for egg wash)
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Remove from heat and mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted.
- Roll out the pretzel dough and cut it into squares.
- Place a spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture in the center of each square.
- Fold the dough over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with beaten egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
